Interview as part of the "Health, Heart & Science" initiative, Pfizer
At one point in my life I asked myself the question of my responsibility . I looked back at what I had achieved and looked forward to what I still expected from myself and my life. I made a decision that was not only courageous , but also of a significance that I had never imagined up to that point.
It was the right decision . I have learned a lot since that day. About myself. About responsibility. About other people, about other industries and organizations. How to create real added value . How to bring light into total darkness.

In my lectures I talk about experiences I have gained in management, in many years abroad and in the non-profit sector.
These reflections produce patterns that are relevant to both personal development and professional challenges. They make you think, and even make you smile, but always show concrete examples of how challenges can be solved.

Es gibt viele Gründe, die dazu motivieren können, "sich neu zu erfinden". Eine berufliche Herausforderung, eine private Veränderung oder einfach die Lust, das eigene Potential in vielen Dimensionen zu erleben. Wir leben in einer Zeit, die es immer öfters auch verlangt, sich an veränderte Realitäten anzupassen bzw. auch in diesen das eigene Potential zu nutzen.
In meinem Fall war es eine private Situation, die mich zu einem "Re-launch" motivierte. Über meine Erfahrungen, meine "Learnings", meine Erfolge aber auch woran ich gescheitert bin, reflektiere ich in diesem Vortrag.
