After more than two decades in international leadership roles in the automotive industry, I chose to start again in a completely different direction.

Today, I work as a keynote speaker and author, advise companies as a senior advisor and consultant, and contribute as an advocate, board member and advisor to non-profit and medical initiatives.

 

These roles may look very different, but they are connected by one conviction: change starts when we face reality, question our own perspective and are willing to take a different path.

 

That is what drives my work: applying what we know and what we have learned in new contexts, seeing possibilities others may overlook, and turning them into meaningful progress.
